Rights, Licensing and Copyright
VanMilli welcomes professional enquiries relating to music licensing, synchronization, publishing, copyright administration and the use of officially released recordings.
Original sound recordings and musical works released under the artist name VanMilli are protected by copyright. Rights ownership and administration may vary by recording, composition, collaborator and territory.
Enquiries are reviewed individually. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a licence, approval or authorization.
Master recording rights and composition (publishing) rights are separate. A request may need clearance from both sides, and the controlling party can differ by release, collaborator, territory and distribution partner. Please state which right you need — master use, composition/publishing, or both — so the correct party can be identified. No blanket ownership of every work is claimed here.
Registration of works in a performing-rights organization repertoire, such as BMI, is an administrative registration for royalty identification. It is not an endorsement, sponsorship or approval of VanMilli by that organization, and the linked repertoire search is provided for verification only.
